Arnold Palmer umbrella swim trunks black and gray 28" waist

These are in great condition stored in a smoke free home has white mesh in the inside they have no size tag the waist measures 28" without stretching 19.5" long and 7.5" inseam so i'm guessing a small please look at the pictures they are part of my description any questions please ask ..
