The Size is 42 Italian which is equivalent to size 6 USA (which is a Medium), however this jumpsuit runs small (as you can see on the photos of the measurements as well) so it would fit a size Small. There is some stretch to the jumpsuit. It’s a pull up jumpsuit, so no zippers. It has built in shorts and is sheer from the shorts down to the bottom.
