Authentic Vintage sleeveless dress medium

Authentic vintage dress. Marked a size 12 , however it is sized more like a 6/8 . (Model wears a 6.) no name in dress. Not much give to this dress. Has a slight shimmer throughout material. Dress is a yellow/green in color. Comes just above knee. Bust is 32” waist 30” hips 36” length 35”. Definitely small for a 12!!!
