My apologies, I have no instructions and no package for this item
I know the legs are adjustable
And the seat is 8” wide across & 9” long way
Handle bar 8”
I have no info as far as weight limit
It is made of Alloy Steel. So it is heavy duty. If you purchase and not happy I will reimburse you. This would be the best I can do.
