Soft looking blouse with ruffles and soft sleeves by Halston. The color of the top is an orange with peach tones to it. The neckline has elastic (about 1/2 inch) and ruffle that can be worn off the shoulder or over the shoulder. The sleeves are soft bell type sleeves that have a tie about 3/4 down the sleeve then goes into another long soft ruffle. The sleeves look to be 3/4 length. The top is a waist length top that appears to be made to hang loose. It is a sheer material that has a solid lining in the body of the blouse. This is a very pretty soft looking blouse.
