Botanica is a dream project come to life. Back in 2015, artist Kevin Jay Stanton painted the first three cards that would eventually become a full blown tarot deck. It’s dedicated to his obsession with symbolism and specifically the language of flowers. At the time of its campaign, it was the Most Funded tarot deck on Kickstarter. Tarot decks are divided into two primary sections called Arcana. The Major Arcana are 22 highly allegorical cards that represent broad ideas about the human experience, as well as the magic and mystery of our world. The Minor Arcana are further divided into four suits: Cups, Swords, Wands, and Coins. Each suit loosely represents aspects of our lives - emotions, passions, hardships, triumphs, etc. ☆ Excellent condition, open box but never been used. Includes complete card deck, box, and instruction manual. Small marks on the top of the box are smeared gold ink from the printing process, not damage.
