This is brand new with tags, never been worn and in beautiful condition. I was told by a tailor that this dress can be brought down to a size 12. This dress has not been altered. Currently it is a 22. It comes with extra glass beads and extra straps. The detail on this dress is amazing. You'll feel like a queen.
