BRAND NEW Tulum Bandage Dress (Made for LA)

Short bodycon cocktail/club dress. Blue, white, and black. Never worn! Purchased online but it was too big for me and the store's return policy was merchandise credit only :( otherwise I would've kept it. Price is negotiable. It is a small, but it's too big for me and I'm usually a small. Would probably fit a wider small, but stretchy enough that it could fit a medium or a large.
