BRAND NEW black lounge pants NWOT

BRAND NEW black lounge pants NWOT I bought these off Amazon and they say 2x but when i got them they are more of a small-large size depending on body type. Waist band does stretch but the rest of the fabrics does not. The length of the pants is 40 inches, the inseam is 10 inches and the waist when stretched out is about 18inches. Never worn.
