Banana Republic knit relaxed turtleneck dress, slightly shaped

This cranberry hued knit dress by Banana Republic is size XL. It has a little set of oogies on the front, which is why it is this price. Honestly it looks like it rubbed against a brick or something. Not completely snagged, but a bit snaggy.
