Chic Banana Republic black velvet romper. Loosely fitted, 2 front pockets. Zipper closure in back. Lined bodice. Top of straps have a silky fabric covered stretch band for comfort. Velvet is not stretchy, 100% poly, lining is also poly but feels of fine quality. Flat measurements; waist 16", hips 20.5", pit to pit 18", shoulder to waist 15", shoulder to crotch 31", inseam 22", leg opening 7". Petite size 6, Gently used, the legs are too short for me and get stuck on my calves :( EUC

@laurengh81 the color difference on that strap part is less drastic in real life, but you know, black velvet becomes the "void of eternal darkness" easily in photos. And it's really nice to have that little bit of stretch in the shoulder in a otherwise non stretchy garment.
