Band of gypsies black floral dress

Sheer black floral print dress with attached slip underneath. I personally would detach the slip to wear with other dresses or to wear without a slip with the right under garments. Bust is 15". Waist is 13" across, hips are 21" across for a flouncy look. Waist to bottom is 17.5" long.
