Banded bottom loose sleeve dress

All black sequin banded or fitted bottom tunic dress or top with loose fitting sleeve on left side. In the main photo I arranged the dress so that you can get an idea of how it would actually look or fit when you're wearing it. The other photos are of it fully spread out. It looks awesome on. Can be worn as a mini dress or as a top. Very comfortable too! Unlike most clothing with sequins this one does not make you itch. So that's a plus.
