Beautiful Black Polka Dotted Blouse M

This blouse drapes beautifully and is wrinkle-resistant. Though polyester it’s high quality, and feels lovely and silky on the skin. Black with tan polka dots, short ruffle butterfly sleeves and a high neck with a cut out. Bought at a boutique in San Francisco . Worn a couple of times. No flaws. Condition is like new. Sized as medium and fits like a generous medium. Belt not included.
