Beautiful Navy & Lace Dress by Black Halo

This dress has proven PERFECT for everything from a wedding to a Christmas party. If I could still wear it, I wouldn’t dream of parting with it! The neckline is square and the dress is fully lined so the lace isn’t risky, but you’ll get compliments all night!
