This is a perfect dress for hot summer days The cutout in the top of the back with blue lace is very attractive. The hem is hi-low and comfy. I only wore it a couple of times, but outgrew it . Is in excellent condition

wwhorton @connieslytle it’s about 9-10”. The material tag has either not been there or has been removed. But it’s a jersey type feel It’s a very giving material
