Betsy Johnson classic blk silk dress w rhinestones

Beautiful NWT Betsy Johnson 100% silk black dress. Rhinestone detail on top with small sheer sleeves. Bottom is silky black satin look. Gorgeous retro style, absolutely one of a kind. Back has a zipper and button closure and is open from the neck to mid back. Front has bow detailing and a silk belt tie waist. From the top of the shoulder to bottom of skirt it’s 40” long; from the waist the dress/skirt is 25” long. The waist measures 16” from side to side , guessing that would be a total of 32” but has a belt to go smaller if needed. Runs small in the bust. Bust is about 36" but is able to be adjusted a little by the front tie.
