Bettina Duncan Station Necklace, Delicate, Short

Bettina Duncan Delicate Short Station Necklace with tiny pearl and red round stones. Silver chain and toggle closure. I have not tested the round stones so I don’t know what they are made of, but the white ones look like pearls. A very similar Bettina Duncan necklace on another site was described as pearl and garnet and ruby (last photo) but I don’t have a way of testing this necklace.
