I'm guessing maybe a Size Small - see description for measurements It measures 41.5" long from outer edge of buckle to end of belt and about 40" long, not counting the buckle The Polished Nickel Buckle measures almost 1.25" wide by a tad less than 2" long Width: 1.5" The engraved writing on the inside of the belt reads approximately (hard to read exactly, but something like this:) Handmade and sewn in ancient China Fine Italian and hand finished embossed calf.
