Black Skirt w/ Tulle Detail

Simple black skirt with tulle bottom sticking out. Some tearing in the front of tulle but hardly noticeable (see photo). String belt-loops present on skirt for a ribbon belt or cut off. Thick material. Rayon and polyester make with 100% polyester lining. No stains. Worn three times. Fits a size six resulting in a more waist-high skirt look. This skirt is 19 inches long and 14 inches at the waist.
