Black and white crochet lace mini dress with flutter cap sleeves

Black dress with white crochet trim. Brand is Lucca or Lugga, not sure which one it’s supposed to read. Size small. Pit to pit measures just over 16”. Pit to hem measures 25”. This dress is in great shape, just a few minor thread pulls here and there on the dress and crochet parts.
