Black flowy off-the-shoulder top with ruffles

Off-the-shoulder top with ruffles and small pleats by Vivid. So much fun to wear—I love reaching for things in this top just to show off the ruffles! Condition: only worn 1-2 times, but there is some fraying at the hem of the inside lining. You can’t tell when wearing it though, because the lining is shorter than the outer part of the top. I’ve tried to capture this in the last 2 photos. Measurements: Pit to pit: ~17” Length: 19” Shoulders/neck opening is elastic Fabric: 100% polyester
