The Wild and Free Romper is a Planet Blue staple with its super flattering crossover bodice, bell sleeves and flounces shorts. Fit is true to size. Condition is used, but no holes or stains or tears Boho style Festival wear Condition is used. There is fraying at the collar (see pictures). Can be cut and use clear nail polish on the inside of the collar to bind. Priced accordingly no holes or stains.
