Beautiful, flowy short-sleeved blouse in a pretty periwinkle blue color. Item buttons halfway down the center, but only the top button is visible. Comes with extra button. Lovely ribbon detail down the center. Excellent like new condition. Only minimal loose thread - see pic #3.
