Adorable Banana Republic blue cap sleeve dress with white embroidered detail. Never worn! 100% cotton. Great item to add to your closet for the Spring and summer season!!! Color is slightly more muted than it appears in the first photo. More of a periwinkle blue than a royal blue. The last three photos are a better represenation of the color.
