Blue/Black Paisley Eci Dress

I am selling a blue, black, white dress with a paisley/handkerchief design that is all over. It has a tie back to make a more empire waist. The material is cotton but has a ton of stretch to it which makes it very comfortable and forgiving. I only put it on for the pics above. I was given this so I don't know the exact history but I looked it over several times and didn't see any stains or holes.
