@kathryngoodrich No, this is an authentic Mexican design many copy and some even sale it with out saying is from Oaxaca Mexico, Angel blouse as You can read in the listing, maybe this will be something an anthropologist know or a person who has traveled to Mexico for the past 20 years.

(not even paying a dime or a fair price back not investing in hand embroidery a art)
