Boston Proper Dress XXS/XS as dress, but works as Medium top as well

Boston Proper tunic style dress or top, gorgeous condition, and gorgeous colors! I am a size 8 bottom, and she is definitely too small in the bottom to wear as a dress for me, but can easily be converted to a medium top by pulling it up. Obviously the size xs/small smalls can wear as both… Very hard to measure the pit to pit as it is a slightly kimono open style sleeve with plenty of room under the armpits - it fits me on the top easily, and I am an 8 to 10 top.
