Brand new floral wrap dress

This is such a beautiful dress. Very figure flattering. V neck with a snap, flutter bottom, and sleeves to flatter. Purchased for a wedding, but found another dress instead. Pet and smoke free home. See pic for measurements. I would say this is a generous size 14, bow on front. True emerald green color.
