Brand new red and black a-line dress

Brand new with tags! The brand is City Triangle, bought at Macy's. Is red with a sheer black mesh top layer. The top layer of the skirt has polka dots and a filigree pattern. The waist band is a black lace. The top is a sweetheart neckline with spaghetti straps in red but and extra layer of black fabric to give the appearance of larger straps. There is a hidden zipper on the side and tulle underneath the skirt to make it flare out. Waist: 28" Bust: 32" Length: 38" 100% polyester Weight: 10oz
