Flouncy & flowy gray skater/circle mini skirt by Brandy Melville. Super soft fabric with elastic waist band. Very fun to twirl in! :)
Condition: only worn 4-5 times, no signs of wear.
Measurements:
size is marked “one size fits all.”
Length: 16.5”
Waist: 12” but is elastic and has a good amount of stretch. (For reference, I’m a 26” waist and the elastic waist is comfortable and not too tight).

57% cotton, 40% viscose, 3% elastane

@filapplebabbit Hi! I would say it's only slightly see-through when the material is spread out and in the light, but when it's just hanging loosely/naturally it's not see-through. (I usually wore spandex underneath it just because it's flowy, but I think you could wear it without spandex and wouldn't have to worry about undergarments showing underneath). Hope that helps!
