Beautiful Brixon Ivy blue lace skirt over black with faux leather waist band and scalloped hem with lots of life left! Please see all photos, as they are part of the item description. Note the indentions on the waistband from hanging in the closet - I am not sure how noticeable they will be when worn since I have not sported this in awhile, but wanted to point them out.
