Brocade Maxi Wrap Dress Blue Gold Wrap Style Hand Tailored Nepal - M L Vintage

Magnificent vintage maxi from a Kathmandu, Nepal tailor is sleeveless with wrap styling and V neck. One steps into the dress, settles it around her shoulders, then wraps from both sides and ties. This is traditional Nepalese wrap styling. Well made from gold and blue brocade satin. Bust darts for fit. Please see photo illustrating wrap style. I think this is a poly/rayon mix but hard to tell. I got this for myself and it fit me great (I'm a size 10) but have never had a chance to wear it. Size: Unsized, but fits up to about a large: Bust 40" (but flexible due to wrap style so can go smaller), hips are adjustable due to the double wrap style, length from shoulder 54". Condition: Very good - a little scuffing on the gold brocade but very difficult to see. Care: I actually hand laundered this, line dried, then ironed with a cool iron. Came out great.
