Brown Uniqlo belt

Uniqlo belt size medium I believe. Belt is 37.5in long with shortest hole at 27.5in and longest is at 33.5in. I’m at 23in waist and this fits me with low rise jeans but not high rise so I’m selling since it’s just too big for me. Outside is a brown suede fabric and inside feels like leather but not sure.
