This is so stunning and classy. Jeweled around neck, all in tacked no chips marks. Excellent condition only wore once. Very soft material. Ribbed bottom. Material tag cut out. Not quite sweater nor sweatshirt. Size Small. Pit to pit 16” has some stretch Length 24”
