This item is preowned and the condition reflects that. Zipper and snap are in working condition. Hardware does show wear and the snap appears to be missing the other little tiny metal piece inside the hole but it work just fine. I just happened to notice it when comparing it to some of my others. I am not sure if that means it may have issues in the future or not, I just wanted to point it out.
