CCO! NWOT "Penny" Loafer Heels!

Cute Harajuku Lovers (Gwen Stefani) heels in navy and red patent leather. Never worn - just tried on. 5" heel with 1"platform. Signs of wear on inside of left foot and minor scratches on heels from trying on shown in last 2 pics. Hard to find and unique!
