CHRIS KOLE OFF THE SHOULDER COCKTAIL DRESS

Vintage circa 1980s, Chris Kole cocktail dress. Matching belt. Padded off the shoulder neckline. Reminds me of Princess Diana. Gently worn condition there is some discoloration that creates a lighter black towards the bottom but it doesn’t distract from the outfit (considering it’s almost 40 years old, it’s in unbelievable condition!). Crinoline petticoat for a full skirt. Stiff fabric. Reminds me of Betsey Johnson.
