@kkraft08 Hi! Excellent question. I took them out of the box and held them up. They appear a cream color at that point. Much lighter than against the black velvet where they look champagne. What I can do is take a pic against a different background during the the day. Then we can compare side by side. Thank you so much for bringing this up. They are natural freshwater pearls and thankfully (they are retail) I was sent well shaped Earrings.

@kkraft08 Hi Kristy! I was able to get the new pearl pictures. I set them up against a white lace background. It was also a bright afternoon and I used the natural light. The pearls came out much lighter than against the black background. I spent a lot of time looking at these pearls. I am trying to let you know exactly what is in person. It is important you get the truth.

@kkraft08 I am going to set up another area with more pictures. Look for it on my closet page. The reason I am doing this is that even though the pearls came out much lighter in white background and natural sunlight I still saw a champagne undertone. It isn't dark, but I can detect this distinction. If u r looking pure ivory or close to white, these earrings will look more champagne at certain times.
