Calzamedi Aqua Therapeutic shoes size 42

These Shoes are soooooo Comfy..I have a few pairs of these because I am a diabetic and have had some issues with my feet..Not gonna say they cured my problem but they have helped me a great deal..The sides of my feet would hurt so bad and get hard spots on them,Since wearing these shoes that hasn't been an issue,The Pain is still there but has decreased substantially..If u are a diabetic or have foot issues for any other reasons give these a try..Also There needs to be a unisex category here on Posh lol..These can be for both men and women..42 in men's US is 9-9.5 not sure about women's but I'm thinking it's a size up but check to be sure..
