Candie’s Black Pencil Skirt Jr’s Size 9

Very slimming black pencil skirt for work. Junior’s size 9. Loved this and but wasn’t able to wear because fit was too big in the waist (would be better for someone who is a little less pear-shaped.) Inside of waist is lined with a 1.5 inch wide or so black elastic band to make more of a stretch waist.
