Cap sleeve 1980's 4 petite detailed dress

A quintessential 1980s dress, has a faux overcoat effect beautiful gold and white two-piece molded buttons, striped inlay which appears to be like a faux dress. Zips up the back, size 4 petite. Measures 18 in across the armholes, measures from the top of the neck back to the hem, 37.5 inches. Black and white was a huge part of fashion in the '80s, here's a little black dress that has a little bit of white piping and mini stripes. Please note this is a vintage piece and along the neckline there is some evidence of maybe some makeup on the piping, it's not too distracting and it may come out with a dry cleaning. There is a kick pleat at the back of this column dress. it's just so cute!
