This dress features a lace embellished neck line and tank style straps. it does have an elastic waist which allows pleating around full skirt of the dress; which is lined. This is a great dress to wear out for any evening date take it well into the night with a Jean jacket or a cardigan pull it right into fall with a blazer and a pair of boots, thank you for stopping in my closet.
