Chico’s double layer polka dot top

Very unique Chico’s top with two tiers of fabric. Top tier is 2-3 inches shorter and is split in the back and you see the bottom tier. Button cuff sleeves and a tiny button at the back neck. Really cute and different! Looks beautiful with dress pants and would be just as great with jeans and black boots! Very gently worn.
