summerlands @coak Hi! I’m sorry to hear that. I generally keep an eye on the packages, but I’ve been moving over the last few weeks ☺️ I’ve asked usps for updates, sometimes that’s all t takes. But I’ll call their customer support in a bit and open case. Hopefully, they’ll get it sorted out within the next few days.

summerlands @coak I just wanted to update you on what’s going on. They opened a case, I believe you can check on the status online using the case number: CA136548408. They said the most likely scenario was that it was accidentally scanned as attempted delivery, so they’ll probably be able to just put it back on the truck and deliver it 🤔 but they’ll call back in a day or two after they’ve figured out what happened. Sorry about the inconvenience! I hope they can sort it out 😅
