City Triangles Dress

Pretty little City Triangles dress is purple, black and shades of red. Fabric has look and feel of lightweight cotton. Two inch banded waist. V-neck. Band across top of back. Capped sleeves. There is no size tag in dress. According to city triangles sizing chart it is a junior 11. Please see measurements for appropriate fit. Underarm flat across is 19”. Waist flat across is 15”. Length is 35”. There is about 2” stretch in waist.
