Closet Credit Eligibility, Use Guidelines & Restrictions

Read the information below to redeem your closet credit: *Your closet credit is good for 3 months from the date it was issued. The certificate number from the promotional card must be provided to redeem it. *You must inform me of your intention to use your closet credit before you purchase any items. The items are not run for auction and are handled differently. *Credit may be used towards purchases of clothing, shoes & accessories. Credits may not be used on beauty items, purses, or prestige/premium brand items. *Credit can be applied towards items listed in my closet or unlisted items displayed during a live show. *If using during a live show, the credit must be applied to items no one else is bidding on. If multiple people express interest in an item, it will be auctioned, and it will no longer be eligible for closet credit. You may still bid as you normally would towards any item, but they would be full price. There are no cancellations for any reason. *If the item is more than your credit available, you will be charged the difference in the balance. *You must cover shipping on the item(s) even if your credit covers the full order amount. *The full promotional value must be used during the same order.
