rebeccabergen @linda101rac it doesn’t move through the holes of the dress, but it can be adjusted to as loose or tight as you’d like because it wraps around completely. So you can make it more cinched or looser! It wraps around the whole dress and you tie it yourself.

rebeccabergen @linda101rac it’s two pieces of the tie basically. One at each hole. One goes in front, and one wraps around the back.
