THE perfect boot for under trousers or with dresses and skirts! I’m a stickler for boots that fit and flatter the calves aren’t too large around the top so love that these not only zip all the way, but have and elastic inset to ensure fit. Heel measures just over 2”, almost 2 1/4”.
