natashanunley @cherwills0208 I went back and I see it was an orange bag. Those and the brown are very unforgiving with lines and creases due to the paper stock they are made from.. orange is better than the brown but both are tricky. You might want to try adding extra paper or thin cardboard in the frame and sometimes that will make it thicker and fill in the creases. Ill also look and see what I have in stock right now 😊

cherwills0208 Sorry the line are from the bottom of the bag when it’s folded close, not the front of the bag. Have no problem paying for another if u think it can be done. Thank u do much. Just in case u didn’t understand where crease is located
